Middle and High School Cross Country

Come and join the Cross Country team! All levels of runners are welcome

Summer Practices will be Monday – Thursday from 5pm – 7pm (meet at the lunch tables)

Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday when school starts. Practices will be from 3-5 pm 

Competition begins on Tuesday, September 2nd

Items needed:

  • Water Bottle 
  • Running Clothes
  • Running Shoes
  • Current Physical and Athletic Permission Form Online
  • Watch with a timer
